The SpaceX Crew Dragon called Endeavour was supposed to carry four astronauts on top of a Falcon 9 rocket from Kennedy Space Center in Florida. But bad weather caused a delay, pushing the launch to Sunday at 10:53 pm (0353 GMT Monday).

SpaceX delayed the launch due to strong winds, marking another delay after the original launch date of February 22. SpaceX, led by Elon Musk, has been launching astronauts for NASA since 2020.

Matthew Dominick and Jeanette Epps are going to space for the first time, while Russian Alexander Grebenkin is also making his debut flight. Michael Barratt, a doctor, is visiting the ISS for the third time.

Even though there are tensions, space is still an area where the US and Russia cooperate. The crew will do experiments, like using stem cells to study diseases in space’s unique environment. NASA is watching a small leak on the Russian side of the ISS closely.
